Each week (or I’m aiming for weekly, at least) I’ll pull these stats from the MLS to see what’s new, what sold, and what’s a great deal that might not last long. These numbers pertain to Madison, Newton, and Carroll counties in northwest Arkansas.
Last week I was on vacation, so missed getting these out. Here’s the current stats for the past seven days.

- 8 sold (4 more than last pull)
- 9 pending (3 less than last pull)

HIGH-LOW
No change from last week
- Highest: $4,700,000.00 for a turnkey commercial hospitality property
- Lowest was 45,000 for a house in Newton county with an acre of land
