DEAL OF THE WEEK

Harking back to the current listings in total, 70 of those have been on the market for 200 or more days. Here’s one of those that look promising to me:

This cute little house on 5 acres is zoned for residential or commercial. $275,000 as of Feb 27, 2025. MLS 1261927, 456 DOM. I’d love to show this one to you! Email, or text/call me at (479) 409-3429.

DREAM PROPERTY OF THE WEEK

So, the picks for this category is based upon what I consider to be the ultimate property – lots of wilderness and a beautiful home that needs no work ahead of moving in. For the purpose of a dream, price is not a factor, lol.

Not only is this log home incredible, but so is the 144 acre wilderness surround. Become a hermit and never leave home again. That’s what I’d do if I lived here. Near Eureka Springs. At the time of this post it is listed at $2,800,000.00. Of course I’d love to show this one to you! Email, or text/call me at (479) 409-3429.
